Today the weathe was HOT but so was the birding. I met up with some old friends and made a few new ones along the way. After a very cold shower to wash away th effects of the heat I took some time to look through my pictures and revel in the awesomeness that is birding at Magee Marsh. And the Biggest Week In American Birding Hasn’t even started yet!

Cape May Warblers Like It Spicy (Munching a Yellow Jacket)

Rose-brested Grosbeaks are messy eaters. ( Maybe that'swhy they call them gose-beaks?)

Scarlet Tanager (Need I say More?)

Magnolia Warbler (Perhaps my favorite warbler. Except for all the other ones of course.)

American Robin (A hansome dude)

Black-throated Blue Warbler

Baby Great Horned Owls. ( That's just freakin' CUTE)
